Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry:
  1. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia 13 years of age or over, except employees and immediate families of Sony Pictures Releasing and their associated companies and agents. Only one entry per person permitted.
  2. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  3. The promotion commences on Thursday August 21, 2008 Australian Eastern Standard Time and closes 11.59pm, Saturday October 4, 2008, Australian Eastern Standard Time. 
  4. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged based on creativity & originality. The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  5. The judging will take place on Monday October 6, 2008 at Sony Pictures offices, Sydney 2000.
  6. The winner(s) will be contacted by mail.
  7. Supplying your valid address forms part of the conditions of entry to this promotion.
  8. Total prize value = $10,000. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  9. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
  10. Entrants will be invited to opt-in to receive marketing communications from Sony. The decision by entrants to grant or withhold their consent in relation to the use of their information for marketing purposes will not affect the selection of the winners.
  11. There is a limit of one entry per entrant. Sony Pictures reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that fails to comply with this restriction.
  12. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
  13. Sony Pictures Releasing reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and winners will be drawn from entries received to that time.
  14. All contact details entered incorrectly on the website entry form shall be deemed invalid.
